Minecraft Server on a Root Server
A Minecraft server on your own root server gives you full control over your gaming experience. You decide on Java version, server type (Vanilla, Paper, Spigot, Forge, Fabric, NeoForge), plugin selection and configuration — without restrictions from panel providers. Our AMD EPYC processors deliver the single-core performance Minecraft needs for lag-free gameplay, while NVMe SSDs in the Ceph cluster ensure fast chunk loading and secure data storage. The gaming-optimized DDoS protection with 550 Gbit/s specifically filters Minecraft attacks (query floods, join bots) and keeps your server stable. With up to 64 GB RAM and 12 vCores you can easily host large networks with BungeeCord/Velocity, lobby, survival and creative — all on one server.

Answers to the most important questions
For a small Vanilla server with 5-10 players we recommend 4 GB RAM. For a Paper/Spigot server with plugins and 20+ players at least 8 GB. For modpacks (Forge/Fabric) or BungeeCord networks 16 GB or more.
Yes. Our DDoS protection includes special gaming filters that detect and filter typical Minecraft attacks (query floods, join bots, UDP floods) without affecting normal player traffic.
You have full root access and can use any server software: Paper, Spigot, Forge, Fabric, NeoForge, Purpur and more. Install any plugins and mods — you have full control.
Yes. With sufficient RAM you can run multiple Minecraft instances on one server — proxy (BungeeCord/Velocity), lobby, survival, creative and more. For large networks we recommend multiple servers with VXLAN private networks.
