Yes, all servers are located in German data centers in Frankfurt. Your data is exclusively stored and processed in Germany — fully GDPR compliant. We also provide a DPA on request.
Collabora Online is a browser-based office suite (similar to Google Docs) integrated directly into your Nextcloud. You can edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint files without installing additional software — everything runs securely on your server.
Your Nextcloud is automatically set up immediately after payment. Within 1-2 minutes you receive your login credentials and can start using it.
Yes, you can upgrade to a larger package at any time. The price is prorated for the remaining period. Downgrading is not possible as storage has already been allocated.
