Internet Information Services (IIS) is the web server built into Windows. Here's how to set it up:

1. Install IIS:
Open "Server Manager" → "Add Roles and Features" → select "Web Server (IIS)" → Install.

Or using PowerShell:
Install-WindowsFeature -Name Web-Server -IncludeManagementTools

2. Upload your website files:
Place your website files in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\.

3. Create a new website:
Open "IIS Manager" → right-click "Sites" → "Add Website…" → enter the name, path and binding (port 80).

4. Enable PHP (optional):
Download PHP for Windows and configure it as a FastCGI handler in IIS Manager.

5. Set up an SSL certificate:
In IIS Manager → Server Certificates → import a certificate, or use Let's Encrypt with win-acme.
