What you pay and for how long
Prepaid: you pay in advance and only for the term you book.
Does the price stay the same during the term?
Yes. The price is fixed for the whole booked or renewed term – 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Renew for 12 months and it stays the same for 12 months. After that, the price current at your next renewal applies.
Does the promotional price also apply to renewals?
Yes. A deal server renews at the promotional price for as long as it runs. Should that price ever go up, you get an email before your next renewal.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. You pay in advance from your credit – no minimum term and no notice period. You can switch off automatic renewal in the customer panel at any time. Your credit does not expire.
How can I pay?
PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Klarna, SEPA bank transfer, paysafecard, EPS and crypto (Bitcoin, Lightning, Ethereum, Litecoin and more). All details are on our payment methods page.
Can I withdraw or get my money back?
Servers are provisioned automatically right after the order. When ordering, you agree that we start immediately; your right of withdrawal then expires once the contract has been fully performed. The details are in the cancellation policy. Refunds are generally excluded, and credit you have topped up cannot be paid out again.

Where are the servers located?
In Frankfurt am Main, in the maincubes FRA01 and NTT FRA02 data centers. Both data centers are certified to ISO/IEC 27001. More on the data center page.
Which IP addresses do I get?
Every server gets one IPv4 address and an IPv6 subnet (/64) – both included.
How much traffic is included?
Traffic is included under a fair-use policy; there is no fixed cap. It is only throttled if traffic stays exceptionally high over a longer period and affects the network for others.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes, free on every server. The mitigation system (ARBOR) detects attacks on layer 3 and 4 automatically and filters them before they reach your server.
Can I test the network before ordering?
Yes, in our looking glass: lg.prepaid-host.com.
How fast is my server ready?
vServers and root servers are typically ready in under 10 minutes after payment.
Will Coolify, WireGuard or Nextcloud run on it?
On our root servers you can install 110+ one-click apps straight from the customer panel. Which apps fit a deal is shown on its deal page. The full list with minimum requirements is on our apps page.
Account & rules
How your account is protected and what is not allowed
The rules are the same for every customer – deal servers included.
How is my account protected?
You can set up two-factor sign-in and passkeys. Without either, we e-mail you a 6-digit confirmation code when you sign in from a place we do not know for your account yet. A password known from a public data breach is not enough to sign in – you then get an e-mail to set a new one.
Can I use my server for mining, AI training, Tor exit nodes or similar applications?
No, applications such as crypto mining, AI training, Tor exit nodes and comparable activities are not permitted at Prepaid-Host. These applications excessively burden the network and server resources and can affect stability for other customers. If we find that a server is being used for such purposes, it will be blocked immediately. Our goal is to provide all customers with fair and stable performance – so please no resource-intensive or abusive applications.
