Change to Our Payment Methods: Why We No Longer Support Klarna Instant Transfer

Updates & News  ·   ·   ·  Updated on  ·  2 min Reading time

We'd like to inform you today about a change to our payment methods. Over the past few months we have faced some challenges with our previous payment method, Klarna Instant Transfer. To get straight to the point: we have decided to no longer support Klarna Instant Transfer as a payment option.

This decision was not made lightly, since we know many of you preferred this method. However, it was necessary to avoid further financial damage. Over the past few months we have unfortunately repeatedly fallen victim to fraudulent payments via Klarna Instant Transfer, which have caused significant financial losses.

In these cases, the payments were initially approved and the services activated accordingly. Later, however, these payments were charged back by the banks in question. As a prepaid provider, we bear the full risk in such situations. This has led to considerable financial damage and ultimately affected the stability and availability of our services.

That is why we made this decision and disabled Klarna Instant Transfer. It's important to emphasize that we continue to offer a number of other payment methods. We are working to expand our range of payment options in order to accommodate all our customers while ensuring security and flexibility.

We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some of you, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please understand that this decision was made to ensure the best and safest service for all of you.
