World Cup Predictions — Terms of participation

1. Organiser

The organiser of the "World Cup Predictions" promotion is the operator of prepaid-host.com ("Prepaid-Host"). Full provider details can be found in the imprint.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to registered customers of Prepaid-Host who are of legal age. Only one customer account per person is eligible. Employees of Prepaid-Host and persons involved in designing or running the promotion are excluded.

3. Promotion period

Predictions can be submitted up to the kick-off of the relevant Germany match during the tournament. The kick-off time shown on the prediction page is decisive.

4. Participation and process

Participation takes place by submitting a score prediction for the next Germany match while logged in. Exactly one prediction per match is allowed; a submitted prediction can no longer be changed. Participation is free and does not require the purchase of any service.

5. Prize (top-up bonus)

Depending on your prediction you receive a personal top-up bonus on your next balance top-up: 25% for an exact score, 15% for the correct tendency and 10% as a consolation bonus. The bonus is credited as a percentage surcharge on the top-up amount in the form of balance.

6. Determination of the result

The score after regular playing time counts, i.e. the result after 90 minutes including stoppage time. Any extra time and penalty shoot-out are not taken into account. "Correct tendency" means the outcome (win, draw or loss) was predicted correctly without matching the exact score.

7. Redemption and validity of the bonus

The bonus is valid for 48 hours after the relevant match and is applied automatically to your next balance top-up within that period. Only one bonus is applied per top-up; the bonus cannot be combined with other bonuses or promotions. Cash payout or transfer of the bonus is excluded. Balance can only be used for services provided by Prepaid-Host.

8. Public leaderboard

Participation in the public leaderboard is voluntary. If you consent, your chosen display name and your score are shown publicly (3 points for an exact score, 1 point for the correct tendency). Offensive, unlawful, trademark- or third-party-infringing and misleading display names are not permitted. Prepaid-Host may remove or change impermissible display names without prior notice.

9. Data protection

To run the promotion your customer account, your predictions and – if you take part in the leaderboard – your display name are processed. If you consent to the leaderboard, your display name becomes publicly visible. You can withdraw consent to public display at any time with effect for the future. 10. Exclusion from participation

In the event of manipulation, multiple registrations, use of impermissible aids or breach of these terms, Prepaid-Host may exclude participants from the promotion and revoke bonuses already granted.

11. Liability

Prepaid-Host is not liable for technical faults, data loss or delayed/incorrect data transmission unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Otherwise the statutory liability rules apply; liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

12. Early termination and changes

Prepaid-Host reserves the right to change, suspend or end the promotion in whole or in part at any time for good cause (e.g. technical problems, manipulation or legal reasons), without participants deriving any claims therefrom.

13. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the participant's country of habitual residence remain unaffected.

14. Severability

Should any provision of these terms of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
