Our Fair Use Traffic allows you to use as much traffic as you need for your applications – even if it rises to 70 or even 100 TB per month. As long as you use traffic within a fair framework and don't excessively burden the network, everything continues without restrictions. Throttling only comes into effect if traffic remains unreasonably high over a longer period and could affect the network. For most applications, this is not a problem, and your server won't simply be blocked – unless the fair use principle is clearly overused.
No, a refund is generally not possible. By clicking "Order with costs" you accept our Terms of Service and agree that the service will be executed immediately and in full. This means the right of withdrawal expires according to distance selling regulations, as the server is provisioned automatically. Regardless of the reason, a cancellation or refund is therefore excluded.
No, applications such as crypto mining, AI training, Tor exit nodes and comparable activities are not permitted at Prepaid-Host. These applications excessively burden the network and server resources and can affect stability for other customers. If we find that a server is being used for such purposes, it will be blocked immediately. Our goal is to provide all customers with fair and stable performance – so please no resource-intensive or abusive applications.
